cegedim . cloud was thrilled to sponsor and act as jury for the first Fila’talents national SER competition organized by Filament’or.
The aim of the competition was twofold:
- – Promote talent on the one hand, through the involvement and reflection of students on SER topics proposed by participating organizations
- – Involve your company in SER on the other hand, through pragmatic solutions that can be easily deployed within your organization.
The theme proposed by cegedim.cloud: “What are the SER actions that can easily be implemented in a company, which would have a positive impact on employees and the planet?”, was chosen by 3 teams, including 2 on the podium.
The 2 teams from ESQESE and the Institut Catholique de Toulouse came up with fun and instructive projects:
- A Responsible Escape Game on sorting and responsible consumption
- “Never without my coffee: a player for better consumption” project: as coffee is the most widely consumed product in the workplace, the team worked on its environmental impact and how to ensure responsible consumption.
